3. Checkout Page/Payment Methods
Currently, there are 3 payment methods for the third-party payment system of Green World Technology.
【Credit Card】It is divided into one-time payment and three installments with 0 interest rate (installment payment in stores is subject to certain banks).
【ATM Payment】You can use online ATM or ATM counter to pay.
【Convenience store payment】You can pay and pick up your goods at a convenience store (FamilyMart, 7-11).

4. Checkout page/recipient information
Please fill in the correct recipient's name, landline/mobile phone number, delivery location/floor (elevator or stairs)
To facilitate logistics arrangements for delivery, if there are any restrictions on delivery, you can also fill them in the remarks. After receiving the order, customer service will contact you again.

1. For personal delivery, please select the correct delivery floor for each item.
2. For home delivery or convenience store pickup, please choose the 1st floor (no floor fee).

5. Confirm the shopping list
Confirm whether the color, quantity, amount and recipient information of the purchased goods are correct. If confirmed, click Next to go to the order completion page. If there is any error, please click Previous to modify it.

6. Order creation
Provide the order number, amount and time, and click the Green World Technology payment button to open the Green World Technology checkout page to make payment.
※If an order has been placed but not paid, the product inventory function cannot be reserved. The product inventory allocation will be based on the checkout order.
※Order details are only order records. Whether the payment is successful is mainly recorded in the Green World backend. Orders that have not been successfully paid will be notified by email or phone.

7. Payment completed
The order is completed after the payment is completed. The company will call or email the order and delivery information within 3 working days after receiving the order.

1. All products of our company are sold at the marked price including tax, "no bargaining", and unified invoices and shipping orders are issued in accordance with the law.
2. All products of our company do not include shipping costs. If you need assistance with delivery, additional shipping costs and floor handling fees will be charged.

1. If you find that the product is defective, damaged or faulty after receiving it, please inform the driver before the delivery driver leaves the scene, and we will arrange a replacement for you on the next trip. If the return is due to personal subjective factors such as color difference, size within the error range, etc., we must charge you the round-trip freight, and the freight is based on the driver's quotation.

2. Regarding the 7-day appreciation period, we are sorry! Although the Consumer Protection Commission has stipulated a 7-day appreciation period, furniture is not a general small item and the shipping method and freight are very different. In order to avoid malicious abuse by some consumers, we do not have an appreciation period service. If you really need this service, please go to other websites to purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
