The delivery service area is Taiwan Island (excluding outlying islands). Please fill in the correct delivery address when ordering.
Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes, so please do not fill in PO boxes as the delivery address; Remote areas: Some remote townships in the island need to transfer parcels to specific logistics companies for forwarding. (The identification of remote areas is approved by our company's logistics department)

What should I do if the product is found to be defective, damaged or faulty after I receive it?
If you find that the product is defective, damaged or faulty after receiving it, please inform the driver before the delivery driver leaves the scene, and we will arrange a replacement for you on the next trip. If the return is due to personal subjective factors such as color difference, size within the error range, etc., we must charge you the round-trip freight, and the freight is based on the driver's quotation.
Do you help with old furniture?
You must provide photos/number/size and weight of the old furniture for the driver to estimate.
If you need to transport the waste to the downstairs of your home (transportation fee is required), please contact the Environmental Protection Bureau for recycling.
Before ordering, you can inform the service staff first, and we will ask the driver about the cleaning fee and then give you a quote (photos and dimensions are required)
